EDWARD LAMB IN A LEGAL FIRST ON SKYPE

Edward Lamb was counsel in a legal first last month. Mr Justice Mostyn, along with 6 lawyers, 11 witnesses, 3 experts and 2 journalists all conducted an important High Court hearing by Skype.
The Judgment was handed down on 27 March 2020, CCG v. A [2020] EWCOP 16. The central question was whether it was in A’s best interests, a man in his 70s who suffered a stroke in 2016, to continue to receive clinically assisted nutrition and hydration (CANH).

EDWARD LAMB INVITED TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE FORTHCOMING TEXT BOOK 'CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE' CLAIMS 4TH EDITION.

Recognising his expertise in both Court of Protection work and Clinical Negligence; Edward has recently been invited to author a chapter on consent in this forthcoming and popular 4th edition of this text book. It is due to be published shortly and will be a leading text book for busy lawyers.
